(1) For all yous that weren't in SF in the 80's, Steve Masters is an old deejay on Live105 who with Richard Sands introduced a lot of non-mainstream music called "modern rock". He also hosted MTV's 120 Minutes briefly in the 90s. He now has a daily show where he replays a lot of old hits from then.
